Welcome back guys and girls.
So glad the work week is done and its the weekend - which means I have time to craft. Yay! I am impatiently stalking my Stampin' Up! order which is showing that its been shipped. Does anyone else do this? haha I am hoping that it gets delivered today even though its Saturday here. However, I don't have high hopes yet still find myself checking the front door every so often.
Anyways, back to today's project. This one is a simple card but I had so much fun making it and loving the Magenta Madness colour. Its so bright and cheerful. I quite like monochrome cards myself, so hope you enjoy this too.

Water painter to create speckles
Firstly, as always I like to do my stamping first.
So with the Whisper White card stock (14.4cm x 5cm or 5" x 2 3/4" ) I stamped the flower stamp from the Posted for you all across the card stock in Magenta Madness.
On one of my Whisper White card stock layer (14.4cm x 10xm or 5" x 3 3/4") I stamped my Magenta Madness on an acrylic block and used my water painter to flick speckles onto the card stock. I then stamped the special delivery stamp on the top right hand corner.
I stamped the "just a note" stamp onto the whisper white card that had been punched out with the postage stamp punch. Now, you might be thinking that the sentiment piece in the photo looks a lot smaller and you would be correct. The punch out is too big for this sentiment so I did cut it down as pictured.
Remember if you live in Australia and don't already have a Stampin' Up!® demonstrator please feel free to email me atomal288@gmail.com and I would be happy to help or send you a catalogue.
Until next time, thanks for reading and stay safe. xoxo
