Boho Indigo Medley

Hi Everyone! Hope everyone is doing well. Shout out to my fellow Victorians and those back in isolation. We've got this! Nothing like some crafting therapy to make things a bit better.

Now, I'm sure I am one of many many crafters that is completely in love with the Stampin'Up! ® Boho Indigo product medley. I absolutely love the DSP (designer series paper) in this medley. And really, even a simple card just looks gorgeous because of the DSP.

This is the card I am sharing with you today:

You will need:

Stamps/Dies:

 - Boho Indigo stamp set and dies

Cardstock

 - Whisper white card base standard size -14.9cm x 10.5cm or 5 1/4" x 4"

- Another piece of Whisper white cardstock large enough for you to stamp the vase to be die cut out.

- Small strip of Night of navy card stock 6.7cm x 1cm   or 2 3/4" x 3/4" for the sentiment.

Ink

Crumb cake

Misty Moonlight

Versamark

Adhesives

Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Mini Glue Dots

Other

White embossing powder

Anti static pouch

paper flower embellishment (comes with the medley)

The hardest part of this card is deciding which DSP to use! They are all seriously gorgeous and lucky the set comes with 8 each of 6 double-sided designs.

As I always, I prefer to do the stamping first so I stamped the one of the vases (there are 3 designs to choose from) in Crumb cake and I cut this out with the coordinating die.

Once I cut out the vase, I positioned it on the whisper white card stock so I knew where to stamp my next image. I used the leaves/branches set and stamped this in the new in-color Misty Moonlight which goes perfectly with the DSP. Once stamped, I adhered the die cut vase with some of the liquid glue.

Next I stamped the 'thank you' sentiment with the Versamark ink. I did use my  antistatic pouch before stamping with the Versamark ink.

I used white embossing powder and my heat tool to set it. Now all my pieces are ready to assemble.

I did use dimensionals to pop up the sentiment strip. I used the liquid glue to adhere the white stamped piece to the DSP and then finally the DSP to the Whisper White card base.

Once its all glued together, that's when I like to embellish with finishing touches. For this card, I added 3 of the paper flowers with mini glue dots. Here you go, the final product.

I did glue a leftover strip of the DSP to the inside of the card as well so there was no waste of this gorgeous paper.

Simple card but the products in this medley made it so easy and it looks amazing if I say so myself! 😁 Definitely will be making more of these cards.

Until next time lovely people, stay safe xx.
